Mel's Journey to becoming Raw!

Hi there, my name is Melissa, and I'm starting this journal because I've made the decision to finally go raw. I've gone raw in the past, with great results. I just need to surround myself with supportive people, and stick to what I know is the right choice for me. :O)

I've lost more weight, and I'm much more firm and toned. I'm turning this blog into a food diary because I've had some allergic reactions lately to a few different foods, and I'd like to pinpoint how I feel from food.

Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee with raw sugar (I was out of my Agave) and fat free half and half
2 eggs and 1 egg white scrambled with water, salt and pepper; used Pam
1 small potato shredded and grilled with pam
1 of Bri's home-made biscuit with strawberry jam

I did this breakfast as a test because I haven't had potatoes in a long time and I wanted to see how I would feel if I ate them.

Felt ok after eating.
