Hi there, my name is Melissa, and I'm starting this journal because I've made the decision to finally go raw. I've gone raw in the past, with great results. I just need to surround myself with supportive people, and stick to what I know is the right choice for me. :O)

got a total gym

So I got a total gym! I'm totally stoked! It's been lots of fun. I've cleaned up my bedroom, moved some furniture around, and found it a home. I set up my stereo system so that I can jam out when I work out.

Both the boys are sick, so this whole week I've been taking care of them. I seriously need a break. I would take work over this any day of the week! It's really stressful. Hopefully they can go back to school tomorrow. I need to get my routines back in place! I worked out this morning, and I'm about to tackle the house so that I can relax later. I can't enjoy my day when the house is a wreck. So I'll be focusing on that today, and then I am going to work out again later on this afternoon with my total gym. I'm excited. :O)

WooHoo...

Well,
It's been awhile since I've been on this. Since the last time I posted I've gone down one pant size, and I've lost about fifteen pounds! *bounces* Totally stoked. I love the way I look, and my ass is lookin fine in my jeans! LOL I'm down to 187 right now. One of our reg. customers came in yesterday. He's a character. He took one look at me and raised his eyebrows and said "YOU have lost a lot of weight." We talked and then he started telling me I needed a sugardaddy to take care of me and give me the finer things in life. *laugh* Could you be any more direct? LOL I am just really proud of myself. I'm walking about four miles a day, mixing it up with Turbo jam in there as well as some weights. But I've made some huge changes in my diet, which have been awesome. No more refined carbs, sugars, cokes, caffeine, coffee, starchy carbs like potatoes or rice, and no desserts! Basically i took all the shit out of my diet that spiked my insulin levels and whalla. Instant weight loss! My next weight loss goal is to hit 180! I know I can do it!
