Worked out twice today

So I did Madonna Grimes dance workout today. I loved it! It was an African/Samba dance routine. Then I did a bellydance workout right after. Loved that too. There was ab work in the first dance workout, so that was good. Now all I need to do is work on my water intake, and eat good food tonight, and I'm set!

Keeping with it

I'm down to around 195-194. It fluctuates with my period, which i just got off of. I've been supplementing my diet with my thyroid meds, but also some natural medicine mom got me from herbalhealers.com I did two sessions of Namaste Yoga today. :O) I feel really good about myself. I'm starting my new job at the Hyatt Spa next week. It's been really hard not having my own money or being able to take care of my basic needs. It's been humiliating. So I'm excited to have that for myself. I really liked the Namaste Yoga I did today. I have DVR, so I've been recording it and I worked out to it for the first time today. I LOVED it! I was surprised to have a sweat once I was through. This woman's voice is extremely soothing. So yeah, I liked it. I've not been eating much. I'm still trying to figure out what to eat this week. Better go hit the food tv website and see what I can find. Hopefully there will be some good stuff on there that I can eat. Other than that, not sure what to buy. Better hit those cookbooks!
