Turbo Jam. :O)
So there's been lots of changes again. I had lost my motivation to work out a few months back. I was feeling exceptionally stressed, and I wasn't happy. So after Bri lost his job, we made a big move and came out to Bastrop, Texas. It's been a great decision :O) I've committed to Turbo Jam, and it's the one thing I've been able to really stick with! I'm down to 201, and my short term goal is to hit 190. After I finish the workout, it's like the stress has completely melted off. I feel such a huge sense of accomplishment for being able to finish it! I'm always just really proud of myself when I do that. When I get down to 190, I'll be totally stoked when that happens! I've really and I mean REALLY cleaned up my diet. I'm eating much healthier foods, and I'm just alot happier! I've noticed my leg muscles are looking awesome, and I'm happy with the results I've seen so far. I just need to keep pushing play! I joined WOWY, and I love the support. I've also made the decision to go back to school, so that I have something just for me :O) Kids go back to school in a couple of weeks, and I'm really excited about that. It will be nice to have the rountines again.
