Changes in my life.
So this past month I have had so many changes. The biggest one is the weight that I have lost. I feel really really good about the way I look. I still need to lose more weight, but I'm on the right track, and I'm doing really good. I'm really proud of myself for that. Bri has lost about 20 pounds so far. I've lost around ten total. I'm noticing, really noticing, what foods make me feel bad/good etc. I've also noticed a negative outcome to something. We have been super slammed this week, and I have been at rehearsal practice and I've noticed that if I don't take charge of food, then Bri wants to go out to eat, and then I end up hating the choices I made later. So I'm noticing a trend, and hopefully i can remedy that with some better food choices. I auditioned for a play and was cast in the show! It was very exciting. I'm dancing, and doing chorus, so that was just really cool. I'm finishing up my workout room tonight. I'm going to start doing some yoga because my hips are just feeling really tight right now.
