My workouts so far.
Well, last week after Wed, I worked out Thursday and Friday.
This week I worked out both Monday and Tuesday. My two days off were Wed/Thurs due to the menses. Today is friday and I am going to get back on Track and workout today. My damn allergies have kicked my ass. I changed my meds at the beginning of this week to Aprodine and they have done nothing but put me to sleep the whole week. So I am going to get back into the game and keep my progress up. I've lost five and a half pounds so far! Woo Hoo! Do you know that is the first time in I don't know how long that I have actually lost weight before I started instead of gaining five to seven pounds in water weight. Too cool. I have been trying to watch what I eat. I didn't eat that great yesterday, but I did manage to drink three liters of water which is awesome. And I wasn't consuming as many calories as I normally do. I've noticed that alot this week. My calorie consumption is a lot different. I'm not eating near as much, and I'm making better choices. I chose not to eat out last night for pizza, and instead made myself something here. I'm taking alot of calcium/mag supplements right now, and I'm still doing my fish oil and tinctures for the ADD. That's helped as well. Other than that, I'm just plugging along and trying to stay on track. I've done really really good on keeping up with the house, and I turned the spare bedroom into this really cute workout room. All in all I'm really proud of myself. :o)
