Worked out!
So I worked out tonight. I am so proud of myself. This is the first step towards me being fit this summer.
I did forty minutes of cardio that = three miles. and 383 calories burned.
Weights: I did slow reps, focusing on the lowering of weight slowly, working on resistance.
I did the Leg Extension, Hamstring Curl, and Inner and Outer Thigh. Abs, and stretching.
I feel great. I had low fat chicken fajitas for dinner with Bri. I had a shitload of coffee and not enough water, which I'm going to work on tomorrow.
Tomorrow is my steam and dry sauna day. It helps with the lactic acid that I will surely be suffering from tomorrow, and with detox.
If I keep this up, I will see results in a month or so. I want my clothes to fit less tight, and I really want to be in a size 14. If I keep my head on my goals, I know I can do it. I just need to stay focused, and even go if Brian doesn't. If I start getting in shape, he will eventually come back to it.
It would just be nice to have a guy hit on me when I go out. LOL
