Well, I got the herbal stuff for the ADD. Hopefully I will see some results soon. I finished up the day with 3000 steps, low i know. So I will try and shoot for five thousand today. That's my goal.
I'm really proud of myself as a whole with the food aspect of things. Ive done really good. But jesus this fish oil is coming up and god it tastes like ASS. Ughhh. That will motivate me to drink more water, just to keep the shit down. LOL I hope I don't taste this all day. Gross.
So now for the positive visualization. What I want is to be tan. I see myself on May 1st as skinnier. I want leaner thighs., more muscular legs. And a much smaller tummy. You know what would be total badass? To be excited about wearing a swimsuit! LOL Now there's a concept. It's so damn hot here in the summer. I remember being embarrassed about the way I looked in shorts, and you HAVE to wear shorts here in the summer! I know I won't always be so hot either, if I'm smaller. so here is my short term goal. I want to work towards getting into a size 14 short. The cute ones from Old Navy. And then once I hit that goal (which I totally know I can) I will aim for a size 12, and so on. I've got five months which is a long time. I'm not eating out, I'm eating healthier and I'm ok with that. I'll log my daily steps, nutrition, and hopefully this will keep me on track! Now to log those steps. LOL
Food Log:
Breakfast- 1C of blackberries and cherres cooked with 1C of milk and 1C of quick cook oats. 1Tbl of Honey, and 2Tbl of All Natural Westin's Lecithin granules. 2 cups coffee.
Supplements: Tinctures of St. John's wort, American Ginsing, and Rhodiola. Max DHA Fish oil (six total every day broken up in two capsules with every major meal)
Snack: 2 scrambled eggs with 12 oz water.
Lunch: chicken breast on whole wheat bun with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
one serving of vanilla yogurt with fresh blackberries. 120z water.
